The EPW contains all you need to know about your 1-5 year old. You will learn about your child's developmental stages and unique, individual temperament characteristics, what to expect from your child's behavior and how best to set limits positively and communicate empathically with both preverbal and verbal children. Now is the time to encourage responsibility and motivate cooperation. You will gain the skills of problem-solving and conflict resolution, the alternatives to reward and punishment, to begin developing your child's accountability—and so much more. All the skills used are designed to support self-esteem, self-confidence, and capability. Starting now will save you agony and exhaustion later on.

The Farm to Table Program provides local foods, community and nutrition education to families through hands-on experience.  Families receive food from local farms and cooking education on how to use the food to provide nutiritious meals for their families. In addition to food preperation, our trained parent facilitators utilize their experience to discuss child development, parental challenges and provide other support.
