Karen has worked for many Peterborough businesses during her last 40 years of living in the Monadnock Region, including two consulting firms, a law firm and, most recently, Peggy Cappy Enterprises. She began working for The River Center in December of 2009, and the newly merged entity as of March 1, 2010. During this time, she has also volunteered in many capacities including being the Treasurer of the Monadnock Area Transitional Shelter for six years, and a certified tax preparer for the Money Matters Income Tax Assistance program for the last two years. She has 3 grown sons and 5 grandchildren, one of whom is currently living with her and is a junior at ConVal High School.
